2. Digital Services and Products


Our Services are primarily digital, including online coaching programs, digital downloads, and app-based content.

Due to the nature of digital goods, certain Services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (When Offered)


Some programs clearly state a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If such a guarantee is offered for a specific Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

Conditions for refund eligibility:
Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You must demonstrate good-faith participation (e.g., attending coaching sessions, completing required materials).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

4. Services Without Refund Guarantees


If a program, Service, or product does not explicitly offer a money-back guarantee, then it is sold as non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom coaching packages
Strategy sessions
Consulting calls
Instant-access downloads
App subscriptions after the free trial period (if any)

5. Subscription Cancellations


For subscription-based Services (monthly, annual, or otherwise recurring):

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

No partial refunds are given for unused subscription periods after the renewal has occurred.
